AMENITIES:

Front Bar and Lounge: This gorgeous entrance space has a large artisan stone fire place with a cozy lounge area and impressive built in bar. It’s welcoming space best accommodates high top tables, mingling, appetizers and full bar capabilities. It can also be utilized for more dining room seating

Back Bar and Raised Stage: This multifunctional space has a large bar, a raised stage and a full sound system. Able to house larger groups it is best utilized as a theater, concert venue, dance floor, or reception space. It can also be used for seated dining and has full bar capabilities.

Dining Room: This bright window filled space is adaptable for many functions and serves as the main dining area. It can also function as vendor, exhibit, meeting or conference space.

Front Patio: This covered outdoor space can accommodate tables, chairs, grills and a mobile bar. It is located next to the front entrance and is an excellent option for family get togethers, private dining out doors, or a hosted cocktail hour.

Back Yard: Our large back yard can accommodate event tents, vendor tents, yard games, and has many options for setup. It is easily accessed from the back bar and raised stage area.

Side yard: The side yard is next to the parking area and can house event tents, vendor tents and yard games. This area is best accessed from the dining room or the front entrance.

Kitchen: The kitchen is available to all caterers and vendors to use while on site. It is fully stocked with supplemental gear and allows for ample preparation space.

Lodging: There are three rental units upstairs from the event space that can accommodate up to 18 people. For exact details and booking go here

PRICING:

We prefer to build a custom plan for you once we’ve received your booking inquiry but you can see general ranges below. Once your inquiry is received we will work with you to find the best fit for your event. No event is too small. We can accommodate your small gathering all the way up to a 400 person wedding. Just Inquire!

Building Rental: $1000-$5000

Catering Surcharge: 20%

Discount for event referral: 10%

We do have extra services to add on such as: event planning services, sound management, and tent & chair rental referrals.

Bell Street Tavern reserves the right to staff and operate our bar at every event when needed. All products must be ordered through us and the procedure is clearly outlined in the rental contract.
